From the root word ‘well’ it will tell you everything. Being well is very important because as a human being, we are expected to do a lot of things and achieve a lot of goals. What’s good about wellness is that we are assured that our health is as safe as can be. Of course, we always have to visit our doctor and have ourselves checked-up so that we would know the state our body is currently in.</p>
<p>There are many ways to achieve wellness and also many to destroy it. How we treat our body is reflected on how our body functions. When we take care of it we feel good, when we abuse it, we will feel a lot of complications, so be careful of your body.</p>
<p>One way of taking care of our body is by exercising daily. During this activity we strengthen and enhance the capability of our bodily functions; hence we perform better in the tasks that are assigned to us. Exercising daily can prepare us from a lot of things like strenuous activities. Playing sports is also good, because it enhances the reaction time and the stimulus of our body. It helps us in how we react to different situations in our lives.</p>
<p>Another way is through the kind of food that we eat. Are they healthy enough? Do they contain enough vitamins and minerals to sustain our body’s need? Food is very important, because this gives us the energy to perform tasks. When the stomach digests what we intake, then the nutrients that it got from the food will be spread out all over the body. If we eat a lot of junk foods we will definitely not meet the nutrients needed by the body. After the digestive system squeezes out the food, it will realize that there are no nutrients to be found, that will reflect instantly on the way we perform, the way we think and the way we handle things.</p>
<p>What we do everyday also reflects our wellness. If we sit at home watching the television all day long, then there is a very big chance that you would experience difficulties in doing menial tasks, so do not be a couch potato. If you are too lazy to go jogging, little things like walking up and down the stairs would help you stretch and develop the blood flow in your body, although the effect is at minimum level, still it is very helpful.</p>
<p>So, take care of yourself before it’s too late. We all know that prevention is better than cure. Be wise enough and think about your wellness.</p>

That’s why we always make it to the point where we can exercise our body even for just a little bit, some also would enroll in classes that ensures physical fitness. They usually do this in parks in the morning so as to be equipped with fresh air and an open space.</p>
<p>Physical fitness or sometimes referred to as fitness is a state where you can perform tasks without getting too tired too soon or could endure activities that require the body to exert effort. Being physically fit is a must because this determines how well we can perform in our everyday lives. Exercising daily is a good way to be physically fit because when you exercise you move your body and stretch your muscles; this could even help you lose fat, which is good.</p>
<p>Even menial tasks could help you determine if you are fit, such as walking up and down the stairs, throw the garbage, cleaning the house or washing the dishes. If you have experienced being too tired in just a short time, then you need to start thinking about your body’s fitness. Start changing your routine, if you have not exercised for a long time, then you should do the routines as simple as possible to warm your body up, let the harder routines be done in a later time, when your body is warmed up enough.</p>
<p>Being physically fit means a lot to your body especially to your health, because when you are physically fit it means that your system can perform better during your tasks. Studies also show that, the more fit a person is, the longer the person lives, which is unquestionable because that is true. As long as you keep yourself fit and you pair it with regular visits to your physician, everything will be fine.</p>
<p>Being alive comes with a lot of responsibilities; you have to take care of that body because your body shelters you. Whatever you do, will reflect in your body and your personality. In this ever changing world where there are a lot of dangers, the least that you can do is to take care of yourself; after all it’s yours.</p>
<p>During physical fitness there are many points where you can improve the performance of each of your body parts such as the heart, the lungs and your muscles. Exercises for cardiovascular purposes can help you perform well in prolonged laborious tasks. Respiratory fitness keeps you from being out of breath too soon, this are ideal for swimmers since they really need a lot of air. For your muscles, flexibility is important so that your body could adjust to the tasks as easily as possible. When you acquire these strengths, you can perform better and be healthy at the same time. Always remember that health is wealth.</p>
